The following are ANB Ferns terms and conditions but if any of these are not suitable, please do get in touch before booking.

1. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of ANB Ferns from time to time. If you do not sign and return a copy of these Terms and Conditions; by the act of paying a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total quoted  amount, you are proceeding with the booking and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Excessive changes to quotations could result in additional charges. Any consultations which require us to travel, shall be charged at a rate of £1 per mile. For travel times over 1 hour, a rate of £25.00 per hour, will be charged in addition to mileage. 

3. To secure your date we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit has been received, your event is booked with us. We will need the remaining 50% balance, a month before the event date. 

4. All fees once paid are non-refundable as by taking your booking we are reserving those days for you and any standard cancellation, especially a late one, means we are highly unlikely to re-fill the date, resulting in a loss of significant earnings to us. 

5. If we couldn’t provide our services or your event has been cancelled due to circumstances out of anyone's control, such as fire, snow, flood, crime, accident, illness or death of either party, act of god, war, terrorism, pandemic lockdown, where neither party is at fault but clearly the event cannot take place as planned. In this case we will do our absolute best to support and refund in full if we couldn’t provide the services. 

6. For pandemic or lockdown - If the postponement/cancellation is prior to ordering your wedding flowers, I will be happy to use your fees for a future date suitable for both parties. If your flowers have been ordered, processed and/or designed, you will be financially responsible for the flowers and all  labour provided.

7. If the event could go ahead, albeit under restricted rules, but you choose not to, this will be regarded as a standard cancellation. Under these terms  all fees paid will be non-refundable. 

8. You will be advised upon delivery how to store/ care for your products and  we ask that you fulfil this. Usually, the instructions will be to keep the product in a cool place, away from heat and if a bridal bouquet, in its water  bubble, tissue paper or gift bag. 

9. All flowers will be delivered in prime condition in water or suitable packaging. It is the responsibility of the receiver/caterer/venue to make sure the flowers are kept in optimum conditions according to the florist's instructions. We cannot be held responsible if these instructions have not been adhered to. 

10.We take the utmost care in regards to transporting and preparing the flowers, however should the flowers be lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed for reasons beyond our control, responsibility and liability is limited to the refund of all payments received. 

11.The availability of the exact variety and head size of flowers cannot be guaranteed. Flowers are susceptible to seasonal changes and weather conditions and there may arise unforeseen and uncontrollable availability issues prior to the event date. If any items are unavailable, every effort will be made to agree alternatives of equivalent value and quality with you  beforehand should time allow. 

12.No goods shall be released for hire without a separate signed hire  agreement and contract.  

13.Charges will be made for any damage to hired goods. Replacement of  goods is charged at the purchase price, which will be agreed beforehand. It is the responsibility of the hirer to reclaim any of these costs from the  venue if the venue was at fault.

14.We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to the hirer or any third party with regard to any goods hired if misused at the event. 

15.Please ensure that guests do not have a pacemaker fitted if magnets requested instead of pins to attach corsages onto clothes. We accept no responsibility for any resulting health issue which may arise from magnets  and pacemakers. 

16.Pinning of buttonholes/corsages on dresses and suits is at the wearers own risk. We cannot be responsible for any damage to delicate materials  by any pins or fastenings we supply. 

17.Materials used can be harmful if consumed. For young bridesmaids, flower girls and page boys please make them aware of the dangers of eating any of the elements in their flowers or buttonholes. 

18.You grant us permission to display images resulting from this assignment  as an example of our work, in promotional material including our website and social media pages.

19.ANB Ferns reserve the right to take legal steps to remove  untrue/unprofessional social media posts or reviews from our clients friends and family.

CAR HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


1. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of Car Hire.

2. The car would go through a pre-wedding valet and will be cleaned enroute as much as possible depending on weather and road conditions.

3. We operate a “No Smoking” policy for the comfort and health of all passengers and the chauffeur.

4. It is the responsibility of the client to verify that the details, dates, times and addresses are correct on the itinerary & invoice.

5. Deposit of 50% of quoted amount secures the car and our chauffeur for the date and time required. The remaining 50% must be paid by first pickup.

9. We are fully wedding car business insured, however it does not allow clients to drive the car. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for clients luggage or personal property (including the wedding dress).

10. You accept responsibility for any damage, negligent or otherwise, (other than that caused by a road accident or by chauffeur) to the interior or exterior of the vehicle whilst on hire to you and further agree that you may be invoiced accordingly for any repairs or valeting required to bring the car back to pre-hire condition.

11. The Car will be provided with a standard wedding dressing of ribbons. Additional requests for car dressing, personalisation and flowers can be quoted upon request.

14. Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client understands and accepts the above terms and conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance.
